13. Earning Visitor Dollars
Your corporation has granted you mining rights for Transium. That is why you are here. In exchange for the Transium the corporation pays you in world currency referred to as visitor dollars or V$'s.
Each camp you acquire is another opportunity to mine more Transium and gain more wealth. The amount of V$'s you earn is impacted by several factors.
Each camp is rated as to how much V$'s it will generate for you. A camp must have a production level of 50 or higher, and have at least 80k in assets or higher before the corporation will give you anything for it
The corporation gives additional bonus V$'s depending on the tu production level for the camp, and the camps total capacity in terms of how much tu the camp can hold
Other factors that boost V$'s are you level within the corporation, and your exchange rate (which increase with levels and with the number of camps you own
The sum of all the V$'s each camp will generate is totaled and broken out into 10 second intervals. Every 10 seconds, the corporation will deliver V$'s to your account
Review the camp profile by selecting "info" on the bottom right of your screen while in avatar mode. There may be a slight delay from the time you build an item until it is updated in the profile.
This list of your camps tells you a lot about what is going in. One thing to note if a camp name is ever Red in color, it means that camp was attacked and something was destroyed since the last time you visited that camp. If a number is red it means something does not meet the minimum requirement for earning V$'s
The other important numbers are Capacity (how much tu can that camp hold), Assets (how much stuff is build in that camp) - if this number is red it means you dont have enough, Production (the production level of the camp) - if this is red then its not high enough to get V$'s
V$'s (the amount of V$'s that camp generates every 10 seconds)
The total assets you own and the total amount of V$'s generated every 10 seconds is also listed at the top.
The more you own, the more you make!.
Keep in mind that you only earn V$ while you are online, once you log off the production stops. This applies if you have locked your main camp for any reason.
