12. Corporate Market

Your corporation has granted you mining rights for Transium. That is why you are here. You will need Transium to power your buildings, Rovers and weapons. But you can sell your extra Transium to the Corporation for Visitor Dollars (V$). Visitor Dollars exist as cash in the bank, and can never be stolen from you. You can use Visitor Dollars to buy a number of things like Transium and Jitter Packs, so try to always keep some V$ in the bank in case of a rainy day (especially if it's raining incendiary projectiles!).

To the left of your Transium Production Graph is your Total Visitor Dollars, and to the right of the Transium Production Graph is the Total Transium in your camp. You should have started with V$1,000,000.

Go into the Nerve Center and press the Corporate Market button. Here you may Buy Transium and Jitters. Enter a number in the "Buy TU" row and click "EXCHANGE". Notice now your Total TU has now increased while your Total V$'s decreases. Your Transium to V$ exchange rate is not a set rate. See below for factors that affect your exchange rate.

Now that you have cash, click on the Purchase button in the Jitter Pack Purchase area located in the bottom left of the Corporate Market. This deducts V$50,000(less for lower levels) and gives you 10 new random Jitters in your backpack. So if you want to try to get new items, use your surplus Transium to purchase new Jitters.

In the top right of the Corporate Market you will see the "Jitter Exchange System". Here you can sell back any Jitters you no longer want. You will receive V$1250 for each Jitter you sell back to the Corporate Market.

The "Black Market" section in the bottom right is where you retrieve Jitter Packs purchased with cash Project Visitor's Black Market Store. Packs contain 10 jitters and a line will appear for each pack purchased.

Transium to Visitor Dollar Exchange Rate Factors:

• Your base exchange rate is 0.50.
• Every additional camp you own after your first camp will increase your exchange rate by up to 0.10, with the maximum determined by your current level.

So as you see, opening your camp and discarding Corporate defenses will give you access to a much higher exchange rate. Your Transium Exchange rate cannot fall below 0.50 or rise above 4.00. You cannot modify the inverse exchange rate (V$ to Transium).

Onto Earning Visitor Dollars
