Targeting systems on weapons like the Maelstrom and PHANG are reduced by 75%, and the projectiles tend to swing wide as they struggle to gain a lock when this modifier is in use. The high frequency needed to hide a rovers energy signature from homing weapons interferes with the Rovers movement software, thus reducing its travel speed. This impressive modifier also protects the rover from being targeted by Orbital Uplinks.
