Of all the Great Lords, the least is known about Lord Cypher. Leader of InfraStruct, he often disappears for days or even weeks at a time, presumably strategizing. Usually quiet, calm, and paced, Cypher is also known for his uncontrollable temper. a Classic Type A personality. Lord Cypher once sat on the UN Council, but was convicted of war crimes by Xavier. Cypher was also accused of infecting the Jitter programming matrix with a computer virus, but was aquitted after Xavier was found guilty of the crime.
