Increased bulk of guardian rovers

Blaster turret, slight increase to splash and projectile speed

Protector turret, small increase to hit points

Flower Kitty, small increase to hit points

Baron weapon, slight increase to projectile speed

Tweaked Hawk, reduced knockback

Adjusted the phoenix, closer to previous stats (only a slight adjustment)
